Fujairah, Aug 23: Sharia court in Fujairah witnessed a strange divorce case, in which, the wife sought divorce because the husband loves her a lot and never argues with her. Reportedly, the husband loves his wife passionately and he also does all the house chores such as cooking, cleaning and sweeping. The wife, on the other hand, felt it as too much of affection and now wants to divorce him. 

As per Khaleej Times report, the wife filed divorce in the court stating that his love was too much for her to bear. 

The woman, a Gulf national, told the court that her husband never yelled at her or turned her down. "I was choked by extreme love and affection. He even helped me clean the house. He sometimes cooked for me and there were no disputes in our year-long marriage,” she said, as per Khaleej Times.

In the complaint she stated that she expected a dispute at least for a day, but that was impossible for her husband who always forgave her and showered her with gifts. 

While referring her life to be a ‘hell’ because of his over-kindness, the woman said, "I need a real discussion, even an argument, not this hassle-free life of obedience," 

Meanwhile, the husband said he did not do anything wrong and wished to be a perfect and kind husband. 

The man said he even reduced his weight when she complained about it. For that, he went through a strict diet and exercised to get back in shape that even caused a fracture in the leg. He also requested the court to ask his wife to withdraw the case. 

The court, by giving the couple a chance at reconciliation, ordered the adjournment of the case by stating that it is not fair to judge a marriage from the first year.
