The Karnataka High Court gave this orders based on which Metrological report despite Karnataka witnessed a record 279% increase in rainfall between August 3 and 10. This the highest amount of rainfall the state has recorded in 118 years.

Right now the priority of the state government should be implementing the disaster management act. Why the taxpayer's money should be utilized cow shelter when Karnataka has 75,635 Homeless People Sleeping in the Streets including 4,647 homeless families in Bengaluru alone?

If slaughtering is banned, that means the country is looking at an additional 10 million cattle every year, at an approximate total cost of Rs 22,000 crore to care for them. “Inko paaley kaun”?
The PM Minister Modi Union cabinet has approved the Wage Code Bill, which raised the national minimum wage by ₹2 to ₹178 per day, despite an internal labor ministry committee recommending a much higher amount of ₹375.

The High Court ruling has no human dignity. To maintain one unproductive bovine in 'Gau Shala' require Rs.60 /head/day. That is nearly 50% of the minimum wage set by the government.

There are 2878 temples in Karnataka. Why don't they come forward to adopt these abandon animals with devotion?
Why can't these 'Gau Rakshaks', adopt 2 pair of bovine or gift it farmers for agricultural use?
The construction of cow shelters needs finance. The abandoned cows should not be a burden to the sincere taxpayers. It should be the responsibility of the owner.

There is no holy cow. It is only politics. If exports can continue under the same governance of BJP then the slaughter of non-productive animals should be relaxed without hurting sentiments of the majority community.

I would rather ask the government to utilize the taxes for women and child welfare, old age care, affordable medical facility, free education, the marriage of a girl and environment.

When Govt is taking money from "TEMPLES" it is as good as temple looking after all go shalas. Why Govt should spend on marriages of public?
All other facility you mentioned is already taken care by Govt as per Law.
By runni g go shalas youcangetmanure which is more valuable than what you spent on them.

It is stated here : "The cows which visit these goshalas will be fed five kg of dry hay or 18 kg of green grass and one kg of cow feed." Probably, the cows, after roaming on the road, may be visiting the goshalas !!!

Humans for goshalas or goshalas for humans??????....Can this goshalas run on its own without human care, then why this court can't make sense in its verdict and first look after human needs in draught declared states. Any human being care for cows before its own survival including this court????. First care for humans, goshalas will follow as humans need them.
This life in India is like the old saying "Godha Gaas Se Dosti Karega Tho Kaayega Kya???".

It rained heavily in these areas recently and human and animals were carried away by water. Then how can these areas be drought-hit? The person who made this order may be either blind or deaf. Compared to this Mangalore received less rain and it needs to be called drought-hit and more Goshalas to be made as the city is infested of high rises and no place for cows. If government dedicates one high rise as Goshala then it will be better
