Udupi, Aug 19: G Jagadeesha has been appointed as deputy commissioner (DC) of Udupi district with immediate effect.

Hephsiba Rani Korlapati, hitherto DC, stands transferred.

G Jagadeesha was working as chief executive officer (CEO) of Kolar Zilla Panchayat till now.

I join any number of people in extending a warm and hearty welcome to the new D. G Jagadeesha as the new D.C. of Udupi.

Udupie knwon as the temple city as a known is fine place to dwell with good and clean people.all over.

Different communities have lived peacefully together in harmony and this trend will continue.

For one persons problem why an IAS/IPS Officers be transferred. Govt. has no other job except transferring the Officers like this once in a year or fwithin 6 months. Rubbish
