First encounter bus driver....he is a murderer....then arrest bus owner who is claiming Rs 60000 for bus damage. What about the deceased person and his family? Who will look after them? Is there any amount for that loss? It’s priceless.

If the bus driver was at fault, then stone throwing is justified. Administration is hand in glove with the private bus owners and will not take any action.
However, if the bus driver has not committed any mistake then what this guys have done is wrong.
These city bus drivers are like laathon ke booth, baatho se nahin manthe

    No sir,
Doing wrong for correcting wrong shall not be justified.
No one shall be authorized to take law into their own hands.
To take action is the duty of the law enforcing agencies.
Even if they fail, public shall not be encouraged to act at any cost.

Dhanajay, Honnavara, I agree with you. No one should take law in their hands. Some people enjoy destroying public property or somebody else's property. Accident happens due to many reasons, one major reason is reckless driving for which the bus drivers are infamous for. Loss of life is a big loss but one should not take law in one's own hands. The guilty should be punished.

Who escaped, who is at fault is the job of police to investigate. If the bus driver is at fault, he should declare his blunder & people representing the dead car driver should report facts to police. Private buses are very much needed by us. They are cheaper than KSRTC in comparison to KSRTC Ticket Tarrifs. Police should monitor private buses for violations by drivers, etc.

The only solution to this is make the driver seat of the bus very low...at par with other vehicles..even if they hita dog, they should get injured..... that's only solution

Put them behind bars for two years and recover Rs.50000 each from accuse damage made to bus and spoiled reputation of bus in the route. Possibility even there car owner try to over take bus while bus is in rapid speed. All the time we cannot blame on heavy drivers who are much experienced than others. Loss of person is much regretted by any count.
