Bengaluru: You alone should rescue me, Roshan Baig pleads with Yediyurappa

Bengaluru, Aug 3: Disqualified Congress MLA Roshan Baig visited Karnataka chief minister B S Yediyurappa at his residence on Saturday, August 3.

According to sources, Baig in the meeting claimed that he resigned from the MLA’s seat in Shivajinagar for Yediyurappa. “I am being called repeatedly by Special Investigation Team (SIT) for questioning and they are harassing me. Therefore, you alone should save me from these troubles,” Baig reportedly told Yediyurappa.

SIT has been sending repeated notices to Roshan Baig to appear for questioning with regard to the IMA scam. SIT had taken Baig into custody in the airport when he was going to Pune, in an attempt to avoid the questioning. However, he was later released. SIT had thrice issued notices to him, asking him to appear for questioning. It is said that Roshan Baig has now pinned his hopes on CM Yediyurappa.

    IMA Kingpin, Mansoor Khan, must have spilled all hidden, dark secrets, of his Hallal investments, fraud enterprise.... Roshan Baig is just one of the many benefactors, who have gobbled up the entire booty !!!!! They all have to be taken under custody, their properties n business activities sealed.... Recovery of this looted hard cash, will not be easy, litigations will take years, before the cheated investors can get any of their savings..... Hopy CM Yediyurappa will ensure justice and punish severely all those behind this horrific scandal , at the earliest !!!!!

    Neither did MMS, Rajiv Gandhi, Indira Gandhi, Lal Bahadur Shashtri, Jawaharlal Nehru, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Robert Wadra, Rahul Gandhi did allow something wrong to happen to anyone. It is clear. No case filed in the court because of lack of evidence only media hype.
