Mumbai, Aug 3: Sevalaya Seva Trust Samiti Bengaluru held a programme titled Ashraya Deep at Radhakrishna old age home, near JCC Club, Mira road east.
World human rights Maharashtra unit vice president, TV artiste Asha Shetty who was chief guest said that several pro people programmes are held by Seva Samiti in the leadership of Sadanand Poojary. "Sevalaya programme is special as those in social work are identified in it and presented awards and titles to them. It is commendable that items of daily use are donated in Ashraya Deepa programme to orphanages and old age homes,” she said.
Committee president Karkala Sadananda Poojary, Shanishwara Seva Samiti Mira Road member Mohita C Ameen, Tulu Kannada welfare association ladies wing president K Sukanya, Balaji Bhajana Mandali’s Jayashree, Mumbai committee members and others were present.
