Mangaluru, Aug 1: Three fishing boats were gutted after a fire broke out in Mangaluru dockyard on Thursday evening.

The incident took place in the engineering yard, in the interiors of the dock. The accidental fire burned down three boats, which are said to be new.

There was no casualty.

A loss of Rs 1 crore has been estimated.

Our government already wiped out loan of mogaveers. Please approach insurance companies to claim compensation along with Pramod Madhwaraj.
