Metro-based Jayasrikrishna Parisara Premi Samiti, a NGO working for the progress of undivided Dakshina Kannada (DK) district, felicitated the newly elected Mangalore MP Nalin Kumar Kateel of the BJP, at a function held at Matosri Mahal, Andheri (East), here recently. Samiti president Vishwanath Mada congratulated MP Nalin Kumar Kateel and also discussed various developmental issues relating to undivided DK district with him.  Vishwanath Mada also extended Samiti’s support to Nalin Kumar Kateel, in getting union government’s funds to undertake various developments works in undivided DK district.
 


DK community leaders like metro based Rajapur Saraswat Sangh president Kacheri Sadanand D Nayak, Ganiga Samaj president Jagannath M Ganiga, vice president Kutpady Ramachandra Ganiga, chief secretary B V Rao, Bhandary Seva Samiti president Balakrishna P Bhandary, Sai Akshar Graphics proprietor Jagadish Shetty, entrepreneur Narayan, K Praveen and others conveyed their best wishes to Nalin Kumar.
 
Other DK origin Mumbaikar dignitaries besides Sri Kshetra Polali Rajarajeshwari temple managing trustee Rajesh Naik, BJP DK district committee chief secretary Srikar Prabhu etc., were present on the occasion.
