Basil or Tulsi
Tulsi is considered as one of the best herb to treat acne and blemishes because of its wonderful healing properties and antiseptic properties. Crush few tulsi leaves, squeeze out the juice and apply it directly on the affected area or mix it with turmeric powder and massage it on the affected area. Let the face absorb the mixture and rinse off after 15-20 minutes.
Honey
Honey is famous for its anti- bacterial properties. Applying a few drops of raw honey on the pimples and the scars will help to reduce its appearance. Repeat regularly for best results.
Neem Leaves
Neem leaves are the perfect and most popular Ayurvedic remedy for treating pimples. Apply pure neem paste or mix it with sandal powder and apply on the affected area, leave it on until dry, rinse with water and pat dry.
Mint leaves
Combine crushed mint and sandal powder with a little rose water to make a face mask. Apply evenly on the face for 20 minutes and rinse off. This will exfoliate dead skin, leaving your skin fresh and clearer. Rubbing the mint ice cubes on a clean face will also clear imperfections and calm irritable skin.
