Chikmagalur, Apr 23: Ex-Chief Minister S M Krishna sought to repulse the BJP allegations by asserting that there was nothing wrong if the Congress enters into an electoral understanding with the JDS to stop secular votes from getting split. "After the Lok Sabha election, there will a political revolution," he predicted.
Speaking to the media representatives during his visit to campaign for the Congress candidate Jayaprakash Hegde here on Wednesday April 22, he said Deve Gowda has already suffered heavily after aligning with the BJP and that he will not allow this mistake to be repeated.
On the question of his party entering into an alliance with the Third Front after the election, Krishna said he sees nothing wrong in it. He ridiculed the 'Operation Kamala' of the BJP by saying that his party believes that every one should stay away from such 'operations' in order to remain healthy. He lamented that the state, which has the potential of attracting Rs 30,000 crore investment in information technology sector, has lost this opportunity, as no one is coming forward to invest in the state because of the existing conditions.
