Mumbai, Mar 11: The Mumbai police are yet to furnish Interpol with details about the nine terrorists killed during the 26/11 strikes for issuance of a "Black Notice" which can help get more information about the dead.
Though Mumbai police's Commissioner Hasan Gafoor and Joint Commissioner Rakesh Maria have claimed that papers for securing an Interpol Black notice had been sent to CBI, the investigating agency said it has received none so far.
Sources in the CBI, which represents Interpol in India, said no paper relating to the nine terrorists killed between November 26 and 29 have been received from Mumbai police.
A Black Notice is issued generally to get information about the dead. Ismail Khan alias Abu Ismail from Dera Ismail Khan was killed at Cama Hospital while Mohammad Ajmal Amir from Ukara, who was involved at the attack on CST, was the lone terrorist to have been caught alive.
The attackers of Taj Hotel were identified as Hafeez Arshad alias Bada Abdul Rehman from Multan, Javed alias Abu Ali from Ukara, Shoaib alias Soheb from Sialkot and Nazeer alias Abu Umer from Faisalabad.
Nasir alias Abu Umar from Faisalabad and Babar Imran alias Abu Akasha from Multan attacked the Jewish community centre in Nariman House in Colaba area.
Abdul Rehman alias Abdul Rehman Chhota from Multan and Fahadullah alias Abu Fahad from Okara were the duo who attacked the Trident Oberoi hotel.
