Puttur: Differently abled lady accuses KSRTC colleague of sexual harassment

Puttur, Feb 17: A lady, employed in Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) here, has filed complaint in the women's police station here, accusing the divisional officer of the unit of assaulting and committing sexual atrocity on her.

The lady in question works in the godown section of KSRTC at Mukrampady in the town. She said that she had approached the divisional office of the corporation to discuss about her leave when she became victim of the said incident.

 

The lady, with injury marks on her face and head, has got admitted into the government hospital.

    It is so sad that everywhere people take advantage of such disabled women .Pity that people dont understand their situation ,instead of help ,misbehaviour.when their own home people are met with such situation ,then understand.Why Govt.doesnt help them with some helpline?Hope she gets some help soon and KRSTC looks into the matter and punish the involved persons.
