Udupi, Feb 16: Pejawar Vishweshatheertha remembered more than 40 CRPF jawans who had perished in suicide attack in Kashmir and prayed for eternal rest to their souls. Speaking on Friday, he said that the central government should teach the terrorists a lesson that will be remembered by them for their lives. “However, the action should not lead to war,” he said.
Speaking about Rama Mandir, he said that a new ordinance will be insulting as Rahul Gandhi too is in favor of Hindus. “The concerned should vacate land that belongs to Vishwa Hindu Parishat except controversial land in order to construct Rama Mandir,” he said.
Regarding honorary doctorate conferred on him by Srinivas University, he said that he accepted it to please the university.
Speaking about central and state budgets, he said that budgets were good and congratulated both the political leaders who presented them.
“I have spoken to Nithin Gadkari regarding cleaning of Ganges water. The work is progressing well, he said.
