Merchants are important for the growth of a city and they are the core of a village. If they are happy, it shows that village is progressing. Whenever the merchants are troubled, it affects customers. Hence, I ensure that the merchants do not face any problem,” he said.
Jerry Vincent Dias said, “There is strength in unity. Merchants’ association has made us strong and we are getting respect in society because of the membership. We are able to get work done through association. It would be difficult to achieve when one works alone. Teamwork is more effective than individual work.
