Mangaluru: Underworld element Ravi Poojary arrested in Senegal

Mangaluru, Jan 31: Notorious underworld element Ravi Poojary has been arrested in Senegal , as per sources.

Ravi Poojary had been absconding for the past 15 years in Australia and Dubai and other places.

As per details available now, Ravi Poojary was arrested by Senegal police on Thursday, January 31. He is wanted in more than 60 cases in India.

Ravi Poojary was allegedly engaged in criminal and extortion activities since many years when he lived in India and abroad.

Senegal police are likely to hand over Ravi Poojary to Indian agencies soon.

    Even in Indian jails he will be provided with AC room,TV, telephone line,mobile with multiple chargers along with food of his choice.
    What else he needs ? he can continue his business from jail itself.

    Muthappa Rai was honourably extradited from dubai and now doing social work. Bannanje Raja was also extradited and everyone saw both of them smiling at the court premises.

    I think Ravi Poojary will do the same thing.
