Mumbai, Jan 14: Billavara Association, Andheri local office celebrated 15th anniversary at Santacruz east on January 13.

Denna Dennana 2019 Janapada dance competitions for youth wing members of all local committee youth wing members were held as part of the anniversary. Dr Guru Meenakshi Raju Sriyan, Kajal Kunder and Priyanjali Rao were the judges. Andheri local office members and children performed dances and enacted a short play ‘Naga Sampige’ whose story and dialogues were written by Dr Chandrashekar Kambara and directed by Manohar Shetty Nandalike.

Local office president Ravindra S Kotian welcomed everyone. Association honorary chief secretary Dhananjay S Kotian delivered an introductory address. Shraddha Bangera sang a prayer song. Nithesh Poojary Marnad felicitated the guests, introduced the felicities and compered the programme. Local office honorary secretary Harish Shanti Hejmady proposed the vote of thanks.
