Mangaluru: Blood donation camp held in memory of Marhooma Maimuma Hajjumma Parladka

Mangaluru, Jan 7: A huge public blood donation camp was held under the joint auspices of Five Star Young Boys Addoor (R) and Father Mullers hospital, Kankanady in sweet memory of Marhooma Maimuma Hajjumma Parladka on Sunday, January 6 from 9 am to 1.30 pm at the Dakshina Kannada district zilla panchayat government higher primary school.

The stage programme before the camp was inaugurated by Mustafa Addoor, advisor of Blood Help Line Karnataka (R). The camp was blessed through prayer by Katib of Badiya Juma Masjid Addoor, Bahu Sharif Darimi.

President of Five Star Young Boys (R) Habib Kattapuni presided over the function.



In total 88 donors took part in the camp and donated blood. The officers and personnel of Blood Bank of Father Muller hospital Kankanady cooperated in collecting the blood.

A K Riyaz, convener of Blood Help Line Karnataka (R), Addoor welcomed the gathering. Ashraf Arabi Kalladka compered the programme.

The organizers have expressed their gratitude to all the kind-hearted blood donors and all those who have worked for the success of this event.
