Udupi: Health problem forces lecturer to end life

Udupi, Nov 28: A lecturer from the town ended his life by jumping into a well near his home on Tuesday November 27. He has been identified as Prabhakar Prabhu (47), resident of Herga Shettibettu here.

It is gathered that Prabhu was suffering from the problem of nagging backache since the last some years, and treatments had failed to improve this condition. He was working as lecturer in a private pharmaceutical college here since the last ten years.

A report about this unnatural death was registered in Manipal police station.
