Bengaluru: Actress Jayaprada, actor Darshan annoyed with DCP Annamalai

Bengaluru, Nov 28: There was friction between actress and former MP Jayaprada and DCP Annamalai who is known as ‘Karnataka Singham’ during final rites of actor and former minister Ambareesh. Challenging star Darshan also expressed his anguish.

The government maintained discipline from the moment of death till last rites of late Ambareesh. Nearly 15,000 fans had gathered at Kanteerava studios during his last rites. Therefore, there was commotion in the place.

Jayaprada, who came in her car, was asked to remain inside it by DCP Annamalai. She got annoyed with it and questioned the DCP. Meanwhile, actor Darshan also got annoyed with the police alleging that police are not controlling and making way for traffic.

Some actors were not able to pay their last respects to Ambarish. Golden star Ganesh, Jai Jagadish, Rangayana Raghu and Ravishanker got into arguments with the police.

    Actors and Actress can get annoyed if they are not allowed freely.

    But they have to understand that controlling crowd around 4-5 lacs in a procession and around 15K in a Studio premise is not a joke by limited police force. Stampede, things going out of control can happen with slight excitement by crowd where emotions were running high.
