Mangaluru, Nov 3: In a unique ‘first-of-its-kind’ social initiative by Maatru Pratishtana, India’s physically challenged Kabaddi players are getting an opportunity to perform at a national Kabaddi championship on December 15 and 16 in Mangaluru.

The first ever national Kabaddi tournament will take place at the Kreeda Pradhikara Ground (adjacent to Mangala Stadium) with 12 teams from various states taking part. Teams are coming from West Bengal, Jharkhand, Goa, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and hosts Karnataka.

In view of the huge expenses involved in organising this mega event, daijiworld readers are requested to support the tournament send in their contribution to the following bank account.
