Ajman: GMU to conduct 12th edition of biggest annual inter-school exhibition on Oct 24 and 25

Ajman, Oct 23: Gulf Medical University (GMU), the biggest private medical university in the region will conduct the 12th edition of the biggest annual inter-school Medical and Science Exhibition (MASE), at its campus in Thumbay Medicity, Al Jurf, Ajman from 10 am to 5 pm on the October 24 and 25.

Competitions of GMU MASE 2018 will be held in project, poster and painting categories, and the best projects will be awarded total cash prizes worth AED 25,000. Prizes to the winners will be distributed at a special ceremony on the final day.

The competition is open to students from all schools in the UAE. Students visiting GMU MASE 2018 will also get the chance to see and experience Gulf Medical University’s advanced teaching and training facilities.

Every year GMU MASE stimulates the creative talents of young scientists and instills in them an interest in medical and science based careers. It is also considered one of the best forums for students to develop analytical thinking, scientific skills and teamwork.

This year, around 2000 students from 65 schools across the UAE will compete for prizes, with a total of over 300 projects, 300 posters and around 250 painting on display. GMU MASE 2018 is expected to be visited by over 5,000 students from 250+ schools.
