Mumbai: Hope Foundation begins tuition classes, distributes stationery to poor students

Mumbai, Oct 12: Hope Foundation, Dharavi inaugurated tuition classes for poor Kannada medium students of Municipal school at Dr Baba Saheb School and junior college, Dharavi on October 8.

The foundation also provided free stationery for the children.

The programme was chaired by Anil Bodol, president of Hope Foundation. Gopal Trasi, poet, writer and artist was the chief guest and motivational speaker.



Guests of honour were Prakash Moodbidri, social worker and vice president of Fort education, Mumbai; Dr Mona Iyer, social worker and manager, Mahendra and Mahendra Limited; Krishna Suvarna, scout teacher, Bombay Fortnight High School and Balachandra Devadiga, president, Karunada Siri, Dharavi.
