Mumbai, Oct 25: Morla Ratnakar Shetty was appointed vice-president of the Mumbai Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), recently. Mumbai Pradesh BJP president Gopal C Shetty announced this at the party convention held at Katak Bhavan, in Dadar in the metro. 

Shetty has been a party worker for the past 15 years and has held several positions of responsibility. He was serving as secretary of the South India BJP and treasurer of his ward J B Nagar, in Andheri (East).
