Kundapur: Ten years imprisonment, fine slapped on youth for raping speech impaired girl

Kundapur, Aug 3: Additional district and sessions court justice Prakash Khanderi here sentenced a youth to ten year's rigorous imprisonment and a fine of Rs 50,000 for raping a speech impaired girl.

The incident had taken place in a resort near Yadthare, Kundapur in 2015.

K R Pete, Mandya resident Yogish (25) had raped the girl who was employed in the resort after making her believe that he will marry her.
