Udupi: City Fine Arts Graduates Federation to Conduct Art Exhibition ‘Navarang ’08’

Udupi, Oct 2: ‘Navarang ’08’, an exhibition of arts, will be held at the gallery here from Saturday October 4 to Tuesday October 7. It will be organized under the aegis of the city’s Fine Arts Graduates Federation, informed Raghavendra Amin, chief secretary, district federation, at a press meet held here on Wednesday October 1.


 
The art exhibition will be inaugurated by Sri Laxmivarateerta Swamiji of Shiroor Math and presided over by entrepreneur Pramod Madhwaraj. Federation honorary president K L Bhat, block youth Congress former president Harish Kini, and ICICI Prudential agency manager Santosh Shetty, will be the chief guest of the occasion.
 
Fifty artworks by 40 artists will be on display at the gallery. Federation honorary president K L Bhat, district president Manjunath K Bailoor, Rajendra Hallihole, and Harishchandra, were present at the press meet.
