Bangalore, Oct 1: It is gathered, that Mahendra Kumar, state convener of Bajrang Dal, who had issued a statement that Bajrang Dal was spearheading attacks on centres of prayer for activities of religious conversions and who has been booked in three different cases in the state presently, has been asked to resign from his post.
Reliable sources said, that Kumar, presently under incarceration, was asked to resign by top Vishwa Hindu Parishat leaders on the night of Tuesday September 30.
