Mangalore, Sep 5: ‘Hasemane’, a daily serial telecast on television channel Zee Kannada, from Monday to Friday at 8.30 pm, has succeeded in creating a loyal audience base for itself amidst stiff competition from serials on various channels, said Srinivas Shidlaghatta, director of the serial.
Interacting with media persons on Friday September 5, he announced that the serial had completed 50 episodes. ‘Hasemane,’ as the name suggests, is an important part of a woman’s life. Hence, every viewer will be able to associate with the serial, he added.
The serial is about the discord and hurdles that plague the Swaralaya family in their daily lives and when getting three daughters married. Parameshwar Gundkal, head of fiction programming, Zee Kannada, and H S Vaishnavi, head of non-fiction programming, Zee Kannada, were present on the occasion.
