Mangaluru, Apr 30: The muhurat of director Akshay Nayak Karopady’s Konkani film ‘Jevan’, was held at Thirumala Venkataramana temple in Bantwal on April 18.
Vasanth Bhat clapped the first shot to set the film rolling. The cast of the film will have many Gowd Saraswath Brahmin (GSB) Konkani dialect actors. This film will be the seventh GSB Konkani film overall.
Along with direction, he Akshay will write the story, screenplay and also edit the film. State award winner M K Math will write the dialogues. There will be four songs and Hari-Ram will compose the music. The makers of the film intend to start shooting in the first week of May.
