Udupi, Aug 31: Dr Kiran Acharya, Associate Professor, Orthopaedics KMC Manipal was invited to attend SICOT world  congress held at Hong Kong from 24th to 28th august 2008. He presented 3 scientific research papers in this congress. The paper on knee arthroscopy titled  "Is arthroscopic synovial biopsy helpful in clearing the diagnostic dilemma in chronic knee synovitis?"  was considered for award session.
