Udupi, Apr 13: District in-charge minister Pramod Madhwaraj appointed Robert D D'Souza Kallianpur as vice-president of district Congress minority unit.

D'Souza has worked for many organisations. Expressing his happiness, he said that he would be working to bring the state government’s achievements to the district level.



He further said that he was looking forward to convert the district as a model for other districts to follow.
