Mangaluru, Feb 9: Dubbing of Mayur Shetty’s directorial venture ‘My Name is Annappa’ is currently in progress.
Actor Manju Rai will make his first appearance as a lead hero. A new face from Canada, Shubha, will make her debut as the lead actress in the film.
The film stars Naveen D Padil, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Aravind Bolar, Sathish Bandale, ‘Comedy Khiladigalu’ fame Hithesh Kumar Kapinadka, Mr Karnataka International winner Sandeep Shetty Katipalla and others.
Well-known Sandalwood actor Rangayana Raghu will also make his debut in Coastalwood with an appearance in the film.
Mayur Shetty apart from directing the film has handled the story, screenplay and the lyrics. Five songs will be composed by music director Kishore Kumar Shetty.
Rohan Shetty has produced the film. The film has been shot in the outskirts of Mangaluru.
