Mumbai: Bhavani foundation holds second annual meeting

Mumbai, Jan 5: Bhavani foundation on Thursday evening January 4 held their second anniversary meeting at Kurla east.

Trustee member Saritha Kusumodhara Shetty, managing committee member Pandith Navinchandra R Sanil and Chelladka Radhakrishna D Shetty were on the dais. Bunts Sangha Mumbai president Padmanabha S Payyade lit the traditional lamp and set the meeting in motion.

Padmanabha S Payyade, Aikala Harish Shetty, Ravindra M Arasa, advocate Subhash B Shetty, Nithyananda D Kotian, Dr Bhasker Shetty, Mira road, teacher Dinaker G Kulkarni, Bunts community veteran M D Shetty, foundation managing committee member Dharmapal U Devadiga, advocate B Moiuddin Mundkoor and Muralidhar Vittal Palve were felicitated on the occasion.

Several elite and community leaders were present at the meeting. Foundation trustee members Ankitha J Shetty, Shikha Kusumodhara Shetty, managing committee members Premanath B Shetty Mundkooru, Navin S Shetty, Tasmode Parsuram, Shashikanth Thakre, CA S Subrahmaniam, senior officials of foundation parent organization Bhavani Shipping Services were present.



Hema Shetty sang a prayer song. Vice president Jeekshith Kusumodhar Shetty welcomed everyone, gave the keynote address and details of the services of the foundation. Honorary chief secretary Rajalaxmi Subrahmanyam read the report of the previous year. Treasurer Seema Shukla presented the annual accounts. Karnuru Mohan Rai introduced the felicities. Ronald Thomas introduced the elite present in the meeting. The elite praised the services of the foundation in the short period and conveyed their best wishes for the future. Foundation trustee Chelladka Prakash D Shetty proposed the vote of thanks. A transient vision of the services of the foundation was shown in the meeting. The meeting concluded after the National Anthem.
