We are blessed with the beautiful coast area where most of the beaches are isolated due to non tourist activities. To promote these beautiful beaches this is a good move to make kite festival.See Goa one of the most relaxing beaches in India with food outlets, pub/bar,casino, dance , and so on.The experience should be wonderful.
