Shivamogga Dec 27: Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council K S Eshwarappa has openly objected the announcement of candidates by the state BJP president B S Yeddyurappa.
Eshwarappa was speaking to media persons here on Tuesday, December 26.
Eshwarappa was referring to Yeddyurappa announcing the names of candidates for some Assembly constituencies during ongoing Parivarthana rally in the state.
“The national leaders will finalise candidates for the forthcoming Assembly polls after conducting a survey in each constituency,” he added sending a message that Yeddyurappa has to listen to national leaders before talking decisions in choosing candidates.
