    Mr.Jossey Saldhana,

Your comment regarding "First time in 70 years". You were not aware of the worker condition who face problem in work area. Its not first time in 70 years. Worker/employee not make enough courage to have raise their voice against employer. The prior reason is that due to fear of loosing job & self commitment. This is serious issue and to be investigated by prompt officer.

A butcher had to go urgently out and tells his assistant to take care. One man comes and asks meat from a particular part and the assistant is confused. Then the customer asks him whether he can cut it and assistant says yes.

The man just by a stroke, cuts the exact part and assistant is amazed. He asks him whether the customer is a butcher or surgeon, he says none. He said he is a bouncer and was trained in anatomy since there are more than 250 bones and people come and ask them exactly which bone is to be broken.

If Sharath Kumar can afford to live outside Karnataka, he better approach such a bouncer.

If this incident would have been reverse, then the employee would have been tortured to His death. That worker's name would have been published in Media, and Police would have tortured the worker. All kind of sympathy would have been exposed toward the Hotel owner. If Police are investigating,. Double standard in Law.

    Mr.Jossey
Earlier people used to get scared to complaint they just leave the job and move forward in their life by taking another job.So many owners don't pay salary and they used to threaten every now and then.
You should appreciate this toung lad for coming forward and giving complaint.
First time in Karnataka according to your perception and CONGRESS is ruling.
