The firm plans to unveil its mega project 'Apoorva 25' on the festival of Deepavali in 2020 to mark its silver jubilee.

    Even though Mr. Ganesh Shetty offered me flat for less 20 lack in late Nineties,
    I could not invest as I was thinking that I will be comfortable with the investment around Udupi.
    It would have given me return of multiple times, if I would have invested those times in his flats.
    I regret my decision for not investing in Mangalore .
    At least return through rent would have been hugely better compared to bank interest.

    Mr.Ganesh shettys project at ananya is the best bet for me ,even today when I come to India I reside there ,since it is located at the center of all convenience,I brought this at less than half the market price of the flats being offered today at the same location.

    In order to construct a flat in Bangalore, i sold the flat for around three times the cost that i had paid...today its cost may be 6 times more.
