Mangaluru, Oct 4: The endless wait for property prices to fall will never end. From our childhood days, we kept reading in newspapers that every middle class Indian aspires for 'Roti, Kapda aur Makaan' and wait for the property prices to fall. Out of the three, 'Makaan'(House) is still a common factor and an elusive aspiration for the Indian middle class. Owning a house or property is still out of reach for millions of Indians.
Keeping this in mind in Mangaluru, RedBricks Dwellings and InfraProjects Pvt Ltd came up with a solution to offer flats at affordable prices to the middle class and low income group people. This path breaking idea made them more familiar with this section of people resulting in a very good response.
