Mangaluru: Famous Tulu drama ‘Pundi Panavu’ to be made into film

Mangaluru, Aug 3: Well-known dramatist B K Gangadhar Kirodian’s Tulu drama ‘Pundi Panavu’ is all set to be made into a film in Coastalwood.

The film will be directed by Gangadhar himself and produced by Thavish Shetty. Gangadhar will also write the story, screenplay and dialogues. Shooting will begin in November. Umapathy will handle cinematography.

Music will be composed by Manohar Vittal and the lyrics will be written by R S Kalavaar and Suresh Devadiga.

Gopinath Bhat and others will contribute in various capacities.
