Kundapur: Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel marked at Katkere

Kundapur, Jul 17: The scapular feast, the annual feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel was celebrated at Katkere, Koteshwar, on Saturday, July 15.

The main celebrant of the mass was Fr Alfred Menezes, director of spirituality centre, Rishivanha, Ranipura.

Fr Anil Dsouza, dean of Kundapur deanery, and members of other diocesans and religious priests were present for the feast.  More than 600 devotees gathered for the Eucharistic celebration and received the scapular, the holy dress of Mt Carmel.


    


































































Fr Elias Dsouza, the superior of the monastery thanked every one for the success of the feast.
