Mumbai, Jul 14 (IANS): The key Indian equity market indices opened flat on Friday with the profits of IT companies seen falling in the first quarter.
The 30-scrip Sensitive Index (Sensex) was trading 21.91 points or 0.07 per cent lower during the early session.
The wider 51-scrip Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) was trading 13.40 points or 0.14 per cent higher at 9,905.10 points.
The BSE Sensex, which opened at 32,099.93 points, was trading at 32,015.47 points (at 9.17 a.m.) in the early session, lower 21.91 points or 0.07 per cent from Thursday's close at 32,037.38 points.
The Sensex touched a high of 32,109.75 points and a low of 32,014.35 points in the trade so far.
