Winners Club is known as the Maiden Pioneer Club of South India, well known for the professionalism thru which they conduct their new Club Officers selection year after year, pay their dues in time, and fulfill all the required obligations and requirements in order to be a Distinguished Toastmasters Club in Mangalore. The Winners Club were always blessed with some of the fine leaders such as Malini Hebbar Urmila Shetty, Prabha Shetty, Samina Nayak, Vidhya Dinkar, Phyllis D'Souza, Veera Katpatia, Sumith Rao, Mahesh Nayak, Savitha Shenoy, Molly Chaudhury, Trishma Pinto and many many others whose names I do not off hand remember.

Thank you, dear Shwetha D'Souza for volunteering to be a new President of the Club where the responsibilities ahead of you are much higher than ever before. One of the most important criteria of every President is to ensure that the Club becomes a Distinguished Club during your term. Create as many additional Disitnguished Toastmasters during your term, and create as many new members to your team, and fulfill all the Educational needs in order to benefit not only the members but many others in the Community that watch your performance and leadership skills. You are perhaps one of the youngest President to come forward and accept the new responsibilities. When Shrimathi Malini Hebbar became one of the first Club Presidents when we Chartered the Winners Club with a great pomp and show at the Edens Club she was also as young as you are today, but she accepted all the responsibilities and proved herself as an exemplary Leader. I still remember, Malini's charming daughters carried the Official Charter that was ceremoniously handed over to the Mayor of Mangalore while the College Bank played the Nationnl Anthem in the presence of Distinguished Pioneers such as Eric Ozario, Wilfy and Meena Rebimbos as well as Melwyn Peres.

We wish Winners Club best of success in all their Educational goals during this year. Congratulations.
