Mumbai, May 29: Billavara Association inaugurated their new office at Kolapur, Sangli on Sunday May 28. Jaya C Suvarna, executive president of Bharath Cooperative Bank untied the ribbon, unveiled the board of office, lit the traditional lamp and set the office work in motion.
Bharath Bank directors Chandrashekar S Poojary founder advisor of the organization, advocate S B Ameen, well known auditor CA Ashwajit Hejmady, hotel entrepreneur Harish D Salian Kalva, Billavara Association Mumbai former honorary chief secretary Jyothi K Suvarna, former treasurer N S Sanil, Narayan Suvarna Kalva, editor of monthly magazine Akshay, Dr Ishwar Alevoor, assistant editor Harish K Hejmady and others were present.

Members presented a cultural programme at Deccan Manufacturer's association auditorium, Madhav Nagar. The association was officially inaugurated in the evening. Tulu Kannadigas of Sangli, leaders of Marathi organizations, seekers and donors were honoured by guests on the occasion.
