Mumbai, May 22: 'Banna Bannada Baduku', Kannada film has made news in Karnataka after its release on May 19. Raviraj Shetty, hero in the film has already acted in two Tulu films and is known as the budding star of coastal Karnataka.

Veteran actor Honnavalli Krishna expressing his opinion said that the film has turned out very well. “The producers were cooperative. During the outdoor shooting of the film, the local people looked after us well,” he said. Actress Ria who is seen as the younger sister of the hero, expressed her satisfaction about her role in the film.

TV actress Apoorvashree has acted as the mother of the hero. Tulu actress Anwitha Sagar is the heroine. Ramesh Bhat and Gopinath Bhat also make an appearance.

Yakshagana artiste Patla Sathish Shetty has sung a song. The film is produced under Muthuram Creations banner by Krishna Naik. Story, script, dialogues and direction are by Ismael Moodushedde.

The film will be released in Mumbai theatres on Friday June 2 under the leadership of well known organiser Suresh Shetty Yeyyadi.
