Mangaluru, May 8: City's most popular VJ and TV anchor, Chaithra Anchan is a versatile talent. She has starred in Tulu films like Barsa and Dostilu, and Thotill which is on the verge of releasing.

Chaithra gives the credit of her success to her mom who is a story writer. Hailing from Brahmavar, Chaithra was a talented student. She is an outstanding athlete too. The lass has definitely made it big in the showbiz industry. Chaithra’s biggest asset is her speaking style and her knack for instant connect with people.

Chaithra, who is now a VJ, anchor, actor and model, has presented several stage shows. "Anchoring is my priority as I am emotinally attached to anchoring," she says.

The lass from Brahmavar has also acted in a yet to be released Kannada flick 'Muthu Mahutha' directed by Gajakeshwar. She has given her voice-over in many Tulu films and short films including Shutterdulai, Chapter and many more. Chaithra has also appeared in a song in Tulu film 'Maskiri' which will be released soon.

The mutli-faceted personality has also directed a short movie ‘Amar Jawan’. Chaithra currently works for a local TV channel presenting reviews of Tulu films.
