Bhatkal: 2 youth die after car rams into tree, one injured

Bhatkal, Apr 29: Nawaz Malpa (20) who was injured critically in the accident that took place here, succumbed to injuries today evening.

Malpa was admitted to a hospital in Udupi where he breathed his last.

Saifan (19) had died earlier in the morning.

Bhatkal, Apr 29: A youth died and two sustained injuries when a car rammed into a tree here on Saturday, April 29.

Saifan (19), son of Jaffer from Madina Colony, is the person deceased.

The incident took place when 3 friends went for morning prayers in a Swift car. Then they proceeded on Sagar Road where the accident took place. After the car rammed into a tree, one of the injured, waved the moving vehicles for help, but no one responded.

Later with the help of ambulance, Saifan was taken to hospital where he was declared brought dead.

Nawaz Malpa (20) another occupant in the car is critical. After initial treatment in Bhatkal government hospital, he was taken to a hospital in Udupi.

Abir (19) too is injured and has been admitted in a hospital in Udupi.

A case stands registered at Bhatkal rural police station. Police have begun investigations.

    I worked at Bhatkal for some time....

    What I saw at Bhatkal :

    1. There are houses with HUGE walls and HUGE gates. The common people can build a good house from the expenses of the walls or gates they built.

    2. There is a school called Naunihaal.... they built big walls around that school so that only voice come out of that school that makes one to get the feel of poultry farm. Kids can't see outside and outsiders can't see inside what's going on. (Of course muslims.. I agree) but for small kids free atmosphere is preferable.

    3. You can see and good working items like Pens, Books and costly shoes at ghatar....

    4. Below 10th students with houses near to their school come with Enfield Bullets.

    5. In some areas there are no Hindus at all. Either they sold their land to Muslims or fled from there.

    6. There are many Jain Basadi (JainTemples) were there. But No jains at all... They ran way to Haduhalli on Sagar road away from Bhatkal a long back. Some Jain basadis were turned to become Venkataramana Temples by opportunists...

    7. Appa in Gulf... Umma in Bhatkal... Children can't be controlled by Umma's. Money that came from Gulf made children uncontrolled....

    8. To protect these costly people Police reserves are kept in crucial places... Riots may broke out at any point of time. A costly exercise for the Government.

    9. At Bhatkal, there are good muslims built educational institutes from their hard earned money in India and abroad. The young generation is spoiling the efforts of their seniors and spoiling the image of Taluk. Young generation want that land to stay but mentally they are not ready to be Indians. Some incidents happened there prove my stand.

    10. Nawayaths speak their nawayathi and Kannada is difficult for them.

    Boat Tragedies have happened not only at AP. They happened here in Mangalore (Pilikula), Shivmoga and many other places.

    Anybody can get licence without proper training and test. RTO to be blamed for incidents like this . Earlier its bikes which used to kill youngsters , but now even with cars youngsters are dying. Will the parents and authorities open their eyes and be strict while issuing licences. May their souls rest in peace.

    3 friends went on their drive. Their ages: 19, 20 and 19. And the car rams into a tree.

    The 19-year-old driver has died. A 20-year old passenger has suffered critical injuries.

    Another car driven by an under 30-years old, and another accident, causing one death, and critical injuries for the remaining.

    Do not blame the vehicle. The same vehicle driven by someone 30 years and older would have most likely not rammed into a tree.

    My simple suggestion:

    Make your will before getting into a car driven by someone under 30 years of age.

    Don't blame the car.

    yes brother managlore you are100% right because i know the present position of the car or any vehicle driving , all are speed no controll without job but they are in hurry drive like 40 above age so you can live more years don't blame car or situation,
