Panaji: Pre-monsoon Showers Add Extra Colours to Holi

Panaji, Mar 22: Pre-monsoon showers in the state filled the vacuum and added that extra charm in the holi celebration across the state on Saturday March 22. It was just when hundreds of small/big groups had stepped out of their houses with a single aim of playing holi to its peak that pre-monsoon showers started with lightning and thundering putting up a second thought in every colourful mind.

But finally it was the colourful brigade that conquered the grey clouds and resulted in one of the best holi celebrations in the state over the years.

    Now who would know that Holi is played with such vigour in Goa? And, the colours mask the faces and make them look like among our own. Marvellous pictures!
