Mississipi, Mar 11: Ahead of the Mississipi primary on Tuesday, Democratic presidential hopefuls Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton hurled verbal volleys at each other.
After Hillary suggested that Obama could be a possible running mate for vice-president, he lashed out saying somebody in second place should know better.
Obama, who is seeking to be the first black president of the US, is favored to win in Mississippi where blacks make up a majority of the Democratic voters.
He is ahead in the Democrat race in both states won and delegate count.
