Dubai, Feb 5: The team of 'Gammath Kalavider' performed 'Telikeda Barsolu' family oriented Tulu comedy drama at Sheikh Rashid auditorium, Dubai on Friday, February 3. The acting by local artistes gave additional glare in the drama.

‘Gammath Kalavider’ have been holding Tulu dramas in the emirate every year and have left their own stamp in the Gulf country.

The story, dialogues and songs were written by renowned artiste of the coast, ‘Telikeda Bolli’ Devdas Kapikad. Vishwanath Shetty Dubai had directed the drama. Guru Bayer had provided music. Local artistes filled life in the drama. The acting and jokes made the audience watch the drama standing on their toes.

Chief Guest, ACME building materials managing director Harish Sherigar, Fortune group of hotel's Pravin Kumar Shetty, businessmen Harish Bangera, Latha Harish Bangera, Joseph Mathais, Jerry Lobo, Frank Fernandes, Sarvotham Shetty, Pravin Bhat, and Suvarna Sathish lit the traditional lamp and inaugurated the programme.

Devdas Kapikad and his wife Sharmila Kapikad, Gurubayer Sampath Shetty and his wife Surekha, Nithin Kumar and his wife Shanti Nithin Kumar were felicitated in the programme.

Harish Sherigar production, long awaited Kannada cinema 'March 22' msking video was released in the programme.

Harish Sherigar entertained the audience with his melodious voice before the programme. Sampath Shetty and Rajesh Kuthar compered the programme.

Vishwanath Shetty directer of the drama, spoke on the occassion to thank artistes for thier unconditional support and thanked audience for attending in big numbers in spite of poor weather condition. 

Apart from houseful audience, the drama was streamed live on daijiworld.com, which was watched by thousands of Tulu drama lovers from around the globe.
