Udupi: Bike rider succumbs to injuries in road accident

Udupi, Feb 1: The rider of a motor bike lost his life in an accident which happened on the night of Monday January 30. He had suffered serious  injuries after the two-wheeler he was riding collided with a private bus near the bus stand at Brahmavar in the taluk.

The deceased was Chanda Poojary (37), a resident of Kotatattu village in the taluk. Poojary was riding his motor bike towards Malpe where he worked for a fishing boat. The bus in question was moving towards Panaji from Mangaluru.
