Naples, Jan 13 (IANS): Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik has received the green light to return to training with the Italian football club after being out for 97 days due to a knee injury.
The 22-year-old came on Thursday afternoon to a clinic for a check with the doctor who operated on him in October, Napoli said on Twitter.
The Polish international was injured last October 9 with his national team in a match against Denmark, but managed to recover faster than expected, reports Efe.
He joined Napoli last summer from Amsterdam-based AFC Ajax for a transfer fee of around $35 million. He has scored seven goals in nine games for Napoli across all competitions.
